Please note that the new Law on Bankruptcy and the Law Amending the Law on Bankruptcy Supervision Agency (hereinafter BSA) are adopted. The laws are published in the ‘Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia ’ No. 104 of 16.12.2009.

According to the provisions of Article 212 of the Law on Bankruptcy and Article 12 of the Law Amending the Law on BSA, these laws will enter into force eight days following their publication in the ‘Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia’, more specifically on 25.12.2009, and will begin to apply the thirtieth day following their entry into force, more specifically on 24.01.2010.
